[dropcap style=”font-size:100px; color:#992211;”]T[/dropcap]he Affordable Care Act was created by corporate lobbyists and was designed to fail.
Its added benefit to Big Insurance, Big Pharma, and Big Money interests, was to block a universal style plan. In short, it was never viable enough to be salvageable, and that is the message Comrade Bernie and the (sham) progressive wing of the Democratic Party should be promulgating, and not (per character or massive lack thereof) sheep dogging for the scam. But that is Bernie’s and the rest of klavern of his fellow frauds’ modus operandum, now isn’t it?
Lesser-of-two-evils tools are the reason we have a duopolist-engendered dictatorship of money and had the ACA in the first place. The whole disaster is their fault. They were warned from the get-go the bill was designed to fail but supported it anyway. Just who are these arrogant ass-rockets to be pointing fingers?
Yet: “Progressives” are the ones telling – and telling us with an insufferable degree of smug – that we on the left (contrary to all evidence) are the problem, for the sin of noticing the problem, and if we just follow the lesser-of-two-evils path to de facto defeat and perpetual humiliation that one day, for some unspecified reason, victory will be gained. How stupid do they think we are?
When confronted with the above realities, they demand? “What is the solution?”
What we should do is what should have been done in the first place. Stop supporting the Democratic wing of the duopoly. Start to put in place an anti-capitalist/anti-imperialist Party. From the death-urge of ever-expanding markets to the death knell of global Climate Change, the capitalist god and the two political parties that worship and serve the abomination have failed. Fact is, for humankind, it is paradigm shift or perish. It is really that simple.
All the members of the political class belched forth from the duopolist beast are the embodiments and vessels of the Second Law of Thermodynamics. The hypertrophic system could only come to this. No reform can save capitalism from itself. The decaying system — as is the case with the Democratic Party as well — is irredeemable.
As Voltaire averred about the miseries inflicted by the dogma of The Church and its hold on the mind of the populace, the solution will be found in “Ecrassez l’infame!” i.e., “crush the infamous thing?” First step, as Trump reaps his havoc, destroy the Democratic Party, thus allowing an anti-capitalist movement and concomitant political party to be seeded from its compost.

Yet a bio amounts to dharma for dimwits: It defines a human being in the same manner and degree of veracity as a restaurant menu describes the various slabs of meat offered … commodified things that were once living beings.
