Trebuchet Supports: PD James and Ruth Rendell in Conversation
Leading crime writers PD James and Ruth Rendell, both Members of the House of Lords and admired and read by millions, are appearing at an evening event at a private theatre in St. John’s Wood on Sunday 19th June. Reception and canapés 6.15pm.
The Ladies will be introduced by another celebrated writer, David Benedictus, and during the first half will be in conversation with each other. After the interval Mr Benedictus will Chair Questions from the audience and Answers from the two Ladies.
The Literary parts of the evening will be interspersed with music by the Maurice Horhut Jazz Trio, who have delighted previous audiences at the charity’s events.
The proceeds of the event will help finance London Living, an exciting new project which will provide a wide selection of activities for young people and adults with learning disabilities living in central London.
